Avoid the use of smart watches and activity trackers
Healthy HouseTM TechTip
Smart watches and activity trackers are equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity features. There are a multitude of activity trackers on the market including those geared towards sleep tracking or fitness tracking. Most of these units use Bluetooth to connect to your smart phone and use WiFi to connect to the Internet.
The majority of these devices produce radiation levels that are an extreme level of concern according to Building Biology standards. Some of these devices allow you to disable the WiFi and Bluetooth. If you have one of these devices, you're best to keep these protocols disabled to minimize your EMF exposure.
