This dirty electricity meter plugs into a standard single-phase power outlet and does not require a battery. It measures the dirty electricity (line noise) in millivolts. It immediately displays the total dirty electricity in millivolts.

It has a measurement range between 1mV and 1999 mV. The frequency response range is 10 KHz – 10 MHz. This meter also has an acoustic function which allows you to hear the dirty electricity on the power line.
